 Any purchases made on the website are eligible for exchange for store credit in the form of a gift card only within 15 days of the date of purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost when returning an item

The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

ITEMS MUST BE UNWASHED AND UNWORN WITH TAGS ATTACHED AND ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

Due to limited quantities, we can not guarantee an exchange of the exact same merchandise . Store credit can not be applied to shipping cost, nor will store credit be applied to an order before we have received the returned merchandise.
